What is a RoutePlanner Plugin?
The RoutePlanner Plugin is a widget or plug-in and allows you to integrate your RoutePlanner in your own website in a very easy way. We do all the configurations and settings on our side, and you just plug it in in your own website. Here you can find the technical info to see how that works.
Read here more about the specific aspects of the RouteYou RoutePlanner. We can configure the modules (strip, replace) of the RoutePlanner so it fits more to your liking (extend or reduce functionality, map layers, routing options, ...).

The simple version is the base version. You pay a yearly fee, and if that doesn't exceed the included volume, that's the price. If you exceed the included volume, you pay the extra usage based on the indicated price on a quarterly basis.
For organisations with a more intensive use (above the included volume), it might be more beneficial to purchase volume packs (see here below).
Extra website-option
- Organisation Tourism X has a main site and 4 related sites (e.g. Tourism X1, X2, ...). On all these sites, they want to show the same RoutePlanner
- In that case, the cost extra is 4 * € 500 per year
- The usages of all these sites (being 5) in total will all be counted together

Concepts & extra info
- Included volume in yearly licence fee is just a max. and never transferable to the next year
- Extra usage that is not bought upfront as a Volume Pack will be charged on a quarterly basis at the standard cost per thousand.
- Volume packs bought upfront will only be used after the volume included in the licence has been used
- Unused volume of packs will be transfered to the next licence year
- Case of extra websites
- E.g. Tourism Oost-Vlaanderen has a main site and 4 related sites (e.g. Meetjesland, Vlaamse Ardennen). On all these sites, they want to show the RoutePlanner
- In that case, the cost extra is 4 * € 500 per year
- The usages of all these sites (being 5) in total will all be counted together
- Technically, we will do this by using only one key
