If you do not succeed in installing the RouteYou app, please check the following:

If you are on

• Windows: Use the browser Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (not Firefox!).
• Android: Use the Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
• iPhone or iPad: Use Safari.
• Mac (Apple): You cannot install here.
• Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, ...): Use Google Chrome.
• Netbook/Chromebook (Android, Chrome OS): Use Google Chrome
