Placing routes on Polar Flow

Transferring routes from a Polar sports watch to RouteYou

1. Transferring the route recorded via the sports watch to the Polar FlowSync app.
2. For the route, click "export session" and convert to Route (GPX).
3. Then transfer the downloaded route directly to the RouteYou platform via 'Plan a Route' > 'Upload a Route' and 'Choose File'.
