Right of access
As a user of RouteYou, you have the right of access. In other words, you may request to view the data we keep about you. Right of access enables the concerned party to verify the legality of each processing activity.
How do you request this?
You can always send an email to info[at-r.] or contact the RouteYou helpdesk.
We send you the info we have saved in your profile data.
This data is either filled in by you yourself, or it is automatically filled in so that we can provide you with a better service (e.g. inform you about routes in your area of interest).
