Why a Route Pack and what is it?
Many organizations do not have the time, expertise or manpower to create and / or maintain routes themselves on RouteYou. Are you in that situation? Then a Route Pack is very suitable solution for you.
With a Route Pack, RouteYou takes that burden off your shoulders and ensures a fantastic offer and maintenance of routes related to your area and/or organization.
On what do we base the routes in a Route Pack?
We make those routes for your account ...
- ... based on existing routes that you can send us on paper or via PDF (many organizations still have versions of a beautiful route in their region on paper). We ensure that those paper versions of routes are converted into digital versions and thus become available on your account at RouteYou. We also ensure that POIs are placed along the routes. If those routes have been converted by us, then you also have them available
- on a map (you or your users can print them)
- as a guide
- in digital format for GPS
- in digital format for smartphone
- ... based on a selection of the best performing routes or route sections on RouteYou. There are more than 5 million routes with more than 15 million interactions each year. We analyze this in your area. Based on that data, we create a specific and unique set of routes for your account.
- ... based on your input such as "make X routes along the following important places and with a length of +/- x km"
- ... based on routes in digital files (gpx or shape)
You indicate what the regional restrictions / wishes are and we ensure that the routes meet them.
Price options of the Route Pack based on quantity
(Price is excl. VAT). The Route Pack is offered on an annual basis, so your offer

- keeps growing
- comments about your old routes are being processed
Of course you can always choose to only take it for 1 year

(*) A Route Pack - basic can also be used for the one-time import of routes in GPX or Shape format (equivalent to 6 hours of work). The number of routes is then unlimited, because it is an automatic import. The format is expected to be correct. Re-deliveries are not included in this price model.
The "+" indicates that we add per year extra routes, if you keep paying for the Route Pack. So the first year, we create up to the number of routes indicated in the table.
When creating the routes, the option is offered to place sights along the routes that are already available on RouteYou. It does NOT include the specific creation of POIs supplied by the customer. That can be offered but does not include this price model.
