What to do in the case of a PayPal Error
Sometime, PayPal is overused (we can't do much about it) and give you an error message.
We suggest you to do the following which most of the time solves the problem
- Press the refresh button of your browser (press key F5 or the circular arrows on the screen)
- If that doesn't work, just try it again -> if you doubt that you paid already for the product, check the info below to check this

Q: How can I see if I purchased already the product and don't buy it again
A: There are a few thing you will see, if your payment was succesful
- You will receive an email from PayPal, with the title "Your payment to RouteYou". This indicates that your purchase was successful.
- Depending on what you buy on RouteYou (e.g. Route-product or Subscriptions), the purchased product will be listed on your account on RouteYou. Go to My Space on RouteYou and check out My Space->Home (in the future My Space->Producst) to see your products or My Space-> Subscription to see the Subscriptions you Purchased. Your product/subscription will be listed there.
