  • I did not receive an email for confirmation

You can easily change the email address of your Routeyou account. To do so, follow these steps:

• Log in, if this was not yet the case.
• Select the main menu (top left - hamburger menu)
  • Select "My RouteYou"
    • Select "Profile".

• At the top you see "E-mailadres": Change your e-mail address + confirm 
• You will receive an e-mail at the new address to confirm

Frequently asked questions, problems

I did not receive an email for confirmation

The email has probably been classified by your email software as SPAM. Check the SPAM folder.
