Network creation

Why creating your own network

RouteYou provides the option to make personalised routeplanners(MyPLANr) for your area (tourist region, village, city, province...).

This means that we don't use the RouteYou network but YOUR specific network. The result is that you will get a routeplanner over YOUR network.

A few examples

1. A specific cycling network such as the "knooppuntennetwerk":

How to create a network

There are a few options how you can do this

Using GoogleMaps

1. Open Googlemaps: here is a link
2. Click on MyMaps to create your own map
3. Draw your network in Bingmaps
4. Export your map as KML and send to RouteYou
5. We create a routeable map for you

Using BingMaps

1. Open Bingmaps: here is a link
2. Draw your network in Bingmaps
3. Export your map as KML and send to RouteYou
4. We create a routeable map for you
